Hidden away in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Louvre, all the authenticity of Cuba is revealed in this colourful setting. Like the authentic rooftops of Havana, the Eminente rooftop welcomes up to 30 people in a raw, Caribbean atmosphere. It has the same bar as Casa Eminente, but this time in the open air. Wood naturally sits alongside glass and marble, an elegant nod to the brand's universe.
A menu of cocktails with a wide range of aromas and resolutely Cuban inspirations has been created especially for the occasion. Vegetal, woody, spicy or even tropical, cocktails with original names such as Oja Negroni, Aché or Guarachita introduce us to authentic Cuban flavours thanks to Eminente rum.
Eminente rooftop tapas capture all the flavor and authenticity of Cuba. These include beef chuck skewer with BBQ sauce and chimichurri, evoking the tropical aromas of Cuba, or grilled octopus with Kalamata olive oil and crunchy raw fennel.
