We work exclusively with teas selected by us, from organic crops, semi-wild plantations, and very limited production.

COKTAIL HOUSE

From Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to midnight the Drawing Hotel bar invites all those who wish to enjoy our cocktails.

Drawing Hôtel - Rooftop

The Drawing Hotel has teamed up with Cuban rum brand Eminente.

Together they form the Rooftop Eminente and create a menu of cocktails and tapas inspired by the flavours of the centre of the island.
